At Studio Sol, we’re dedicated to providing a relaxing, professional experience for all of our guests. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to both our clients and staff, please review the following policies before booking your appointment.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! However, out of respect for our artists’ time, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total, which cannot be applied toward a future appointment.
A card on file is required to book any appointment.
Spray Tan Adjustment Policy
At Studio Sol, your satisfaction matters. If you're not fully happy with your spray tan, please contact us within 2–3 days of your appointment. We’ll assess the situation and work together to find the best solution.
Please note: after 3 days, your tan will have fully developed and begun to fade naturally, so we may not be able to make adjustments at that point.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment out of fairness to other clients. Late arrivals may also be subject to a 50% fee if we are unable to accommodate you.
